This is what happens when Microsoft goes full Apple and it is beautiful! The Microsoft Surface Studio has a 28 inch touchscreen with all the components built into the base and has a hinge they call the "Zero Gravity Hinge" that lets it go down nearly horizontal.
This thing looks really good, it comes with some decent specs too -
